Responsibilities for Executive/Sr. Executive – Accounts Payable – Finance
- Verification and Approval of Invoice: Verify and ensure the correctness, authenticity and accuracy of invoice as well as for compliance with organization rules and statutory norms party wise.
- AP Full Life Cycle Management: Take full responsibility of the AP process including receiving invoices, verification, payment processing (Domestic and International) and Vendors reconciliation.
- Month-End, Quarter-End, Year-End Closings: Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of accounting provisions and close-the-books to meet monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines.
- TDS & GST Compliance: Deduction and payment of TDS well in time; assist to validate, reconcile and computation 5 Tax compliance services calculation, filing under Goods & Service System (GST) Law.
- Support for Audit: Support internal and external audits by furnishing pertinent AP documents, reconciliations, and explanations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate / Create AP reports such as aging analysis, payment projections, and respective management reports.
- Process Enhancement: Recognize the deficiencies and inefficiencies in the present AP process, make improvements for higher accuracy and quicker turnaround.
