Roles & Responsibilities For Business Relationship Manager

• Provide client-centric solutions, structure appropriate credit facility, and execute various banking transactions.
• Identify prospects and convert in line with the Bank’s direction.
• Market and sell broad range of products such as Trade Services, Lending, Cash Management and Wealth.
• Maintain a portfolio of active and growing customers.
• Prepare credit proposal and loan application of customers.
• Work closely with credit team to ensure good quality lending decisions are made.
• Implement agreed business plan to achieve sales/ revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities For Specialist

• Handle client query / request and complaint received via email, letter, calls and all sources.
• Effective follow up and timely escalations to support functions
• Quality of resolution – Achieve the defined quality scores / standards
• Record complaints systematically in the Complaint Tracker.
• Maintaining productivity standards Utilisation of time and activities to achieve productivity (This includes discipline in login hours, break times, etc.)
• Attending training
• Self job performance evaluations done properly
• to ensure that performance is optimized
• Increased customer satisfaction through timely customer complaint redresses
• Ensure to comply with group procedures and processes.
• Reporting to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders in defined timelines as per set formats
