Responsibilities for Customer Support Associates

• Handle customer’s needs and requests on multiple channels (phone, chat, email).
• Assist customers in product support.
• Keep track of customer interactions and transactions.
• Getting in touch with clients that they have the solutions to their needs.
• Follow Adhere practice, policy and mandatory service level agreement (SLA).
• Find up and cross-sell offers.
• Raise more complex and/or unresolved issues to higher levels of support or management as appropriate.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge sold in department.
• Stay in charge of your time and take care of multiple customers concurrently.

• Able to multi-task, handle several queries at once coming from different cars.
