Responsibilities for Customer Support Associates

• Tackle customer requirements and requests across channels (phone, chat, email).
• Assist customers in product support.
• Record customer interactions and transactions
• Reaching out to clients that they have the solutions for their needs.
• Follow Adhere practice, policy and mandatory service level agreement (SLA) through all the cases.
• Find up and cross-sell offers.
• Escalate more complex and/or unresolved issues to upper tiers of support or management as appropriate.
• Staying updated on product knowledge sold in the department.
• Be in control of your time and manage multiple customers at the same time.
