Job Description
As an Apprentice Trainee, you’ll assist skilled practitioners and learn advanced Automotive solutions that include exposure to manufacturing, product development, and other leading-edge technologies.
- The selected apprentices will be assigned to various Functions/ Roles/ Business Units. Candidates will be given practical experience that will assist them to be more employable.
- Learn about automobile operations like Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, and Quality, along with Planning, and Manufacturing and automotive components.
- Enhance Technical knowledge gained in academia through experience of work.
- Knowledge, Skill, and Attitude will be improved by understanding Manufacturing Planning Process, Production and Maintenance activities, Part procurement and Quality of systems.
- Problem Solving skills will be developed.
- Experience of working in various functions will be gained.
- The intention is to support improved employability, and therefore, career development. During the apprenticeship, much will be learned and an emphasis will be placed on continual improvement.
