Roles and Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer at VISA, your key responsibilities will include:
- GenAI & Deep Learning: Create agentic solutions with advanced LLM models (Anthropic, OpenAI) and create Deep Learning solutions with high-scale, real-time transactions (100K+ TPS) that handle petabytes of data.
- Software Development: Design and code and deploy modern services and scalable web applications in Java, Python, Go, or .NET.
- System Design: Scale, maintain, and highly efficient microservices based on HTTP, REST, and JSON.
- Teamwork: Work in a multi-functional manner with Product, Test, DevOps and Agile/Scrum teams to design artifacts and best-in-class software solutions.
- Reliability Engineering: Participate in product reliability enhancements, 99.9999% uptime of systems, and new operation flows in various agile teams.
- Innovation: Break new ground and go beyond the mainstream by hacking and never-stop learning new backend, front-end, testing, and DevOps technologies.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the VISA Off Campus Drive 2026, candidates must strictly meet the following criteria:
- Education: Should have a degree of Bachelors or Masters/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc) or an MBA in Computer Science or other technology/engineering field.
- Experience Level: 6 months to 2 years of experience in related software development.
