Voice:

- Process transactions and make calls to the insured, provider, or facility in accordance with normal procedures and SOP.
- Follow precise rules to prioritize transactions and meet SLAs.
- Plan and prioritize tasks to achieve objectives.
- Understanding and responding to client inquiries.
- Identify, research, and address problems.
- Assist with team duties as needed. Accurately evaluate and synthesize information from several sources and systems.
- Ensure that the turnaround time and quality of work fulfill the company’s service criteria.
- Maintain supportive and professional communication with onshore/offshore customers via email and phone calls.
