Roles & Responsibilities For Financial Analyst
- Far from offering standard solutions, it is crucial to actually listen to customers and realize there needs as well what is bothering them by asking probing question.
- Receiving inbound calls from customers in the most professional way possible.
- Delivering on-time and accurate information to customers on products & services, prices and promotions while proactively trying to upsell.
- Dealing with customer objections and concerns in a professional manner, working to mitigate them in order land the sale.
