Roles & Responsibilities For Customer Success Associate Role
- Handle continuous processing and accurate details of the customers supplier lists; perform routine entry of debits and credits to the suppliers database by typing text-based and numerical data from source documents into computerized database, phone book, accounting system or catalog
- Source Data workup to import into the platform, compile & check for accuracy upon priority
- Verify that the output is accurate and do correction of any inconsistency possible on where there are deficiencies or errors in the data
- Upload data to the Worldly platform for customers
- Send customers templated emails on their behalf

- Answer questions for information and reach files
It Helps If You Have
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM technologies
- Experience with Slack
- 1+ years of technical SaaS environment product support experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of retail supply chains
- Interest in ESG reporting & similar with Higg Index Tools
- Experience in customer service
- Fluency in English plus a regional language (e.g. Mandarin, Vietnamese)
