Job Description for Trainee Internship( KYC )
- Review and verify PAN, Aadhaar and address proofs as part of KYC documentation.
- Create and maintain in accordance with company policies, regulatory standards and audit requirements.
- Keep an updated record of verified customers in electronic formats.
- Interact with customers on tele-calls for document validation and query handling.
- Work with the Relationship Management team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process of new clients and customer satisfaction.
- Aid senior officers with daily operating and compliance matters pertaining to Spectrum Banking.
