Within this position, the candidates will be tasked with finding new sales opportunities on both bank products and third party financial products through gaining new customers and creating long-term relationships. You will also consider the growth of customer base of the organization and will be actively involved in meeting the potential clients, knowing their financial needs and prescribing appropriate banking solutions. You will also acquire and maintain relationships with current customers to enhance the level of engagement and generate repeat business along with acquiring new customers. The job is to meet monthly sales quotas according to the grade matrix that is assigned to the job like BDE, Officer, or Assistant Manager (AM Sales).

Key Responsibilities
- Find new sales points in both the Bank and third-party products through gaining new customers and developing new relationships.
- Take care of business relationships with current customers in order to add depth to current relationships.
- Meet sales goals according to the organization as per Grade Matrix (BDE, Officer and AM Sales) on monthly basis.
- Log and trace all the engagement actions using the CRM system.
- Adhere to KYC/SEBI regulations, laws and rules of the financial services sector.
Eligibility Criteria
- Skill in good communication (verbal and written) in both English and the local language.
- Great lead generation and conversion prowess.
- Capacity to withstand pressure and deadlines.
- Teamwork skills.
- High sales orientation to achieve the sales targets at all times.
- Make sure resource must have the recommended Model Device and Android Version- Model 1-OPPO, VIVO, MI, 1+, Samsung and Realme. Android Version- 10/11/12/13.
