- Developing dashboards & automating reports with regards to the HR data. (HR Data – Productivity, hiring tracking, cost data, expense tracking, incentive tracking etc.)
- Ensure correct data entry and share for further analytics
- Provide excellent reporting and analytical information support.
- Responsible for Daily / Weekly / Monthly Secondary MIS to HR.
- Make timely MIS and reports on defined key metrices
- Maintain reports & spreadsheets for historical data
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with Business and relevant HR stakeholders like TA, HR Ops etc.
