Responsibilities for Intern Role:
- Process discovery: Identify inefficiencies and friction points across support, implementation and customer-success workflows.
- Opportunity Mapping: Raise and maintain a list of AI / automation ideas mapped by impact & feasibility.
- Rapid Prototyping / Business Apps: Low-code applications built with tools, Python or notebooks at small scale as protos for chatbots, workflow automates and dashboards.
- Iterate: Based on user feedback, iterate on the prototypes to prepare for production.
- Documentation — Prompt libraries, simple documentation & internal demo material to scale adoption.
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree: Education- (ENG/Computer Science/Data science /Business analytics or related)
- Batch Year: 2025 and 2026.
- Prerequisite : Basic knowledge of AI / ML Concepts or tools for automation; some understanding of Python, APIs, JSON or data manipulation
- Nice to Have: Over Exposure of LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs or Similar Gen-AI Framework
- Projects: Any personal, homework or hackathon projects using an AI/Chatbot/Automation component is a big plus · GitHub
