Responsibilities for IT Support Engineer Intern Role:
- Offer initial support for Zycus application systems and infrastructure.
- Track support requests and offer help for resolution.
- Have the ability to resolve simple application issues and user access and application issues.
- Work with internal teams and the business users for requests and update reporting.
- Help with testing application and validation as well as documenting.
Eligibility Criteria
- Mandatory BE/B. Tech (preferably in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related)
- Only 2025 or Later Graduates
- Understand basic application support concepts.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability and desire to learn enterprise applications and support processes.
- Have the basic knowledge of any ticketing tool or IT support processes (this will be an added advantage).
