Requirements

1.Coordination: Working with carriers and service providers to facilitate the transfer and /or purchase of numbers across multiple countries and regions
2.Documentation: Ensuring that all necessary paperwork and authorizations are completed and submitted correctly not only for porting and purchasing but also for regulatory and number management updates.
3.Troubleshooting: Addressing any issues that arise during the porting process, such as discrepancies in account information.
4.Customer Communication: Keeping clients informed about the status of their porting requests and any potential delays. Answering requirements questions and providing relevant information during the porting or purchase process
5.General product Support: Answering basic questions and helping with basic setup for new onboarding customers.

Skills

1.Customer Service Orientation: Providing excellent support to clients and addressing their concerns or inquiries promptly. (experience in customer support is a plus)
2.Attention to Detail: Being meticulous in managing documentation and data to prevent errors during the process.
3.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during number porting.
4.Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams to convey information and updates.
