Responsibility / Qualifications For Customer Service Executive :
Responsibility :

1. Perform tasks related to Sales and Delivery Order Management efficiently.
2. Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication on order management, including product availability, order status, and delivery tracking.
3. Manage the Master Data maintenance process to support seamless order management.
4. Address customer complaints using the Non-conformance Management (NCM) system, communicate investigation results and corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution for non-product quality issues.
5. Capture and convey customer expectations, requirements, and feedback to the business for improvement.
6. Provide regular order status reports and monitor customer order placements against sales targets.
7. Gather market intelligence from daily customer interactions and share insights with the business as needed.

Qualifications :

1. Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
2. Certification in Supply Chain (e.g., APICS) is an added advantage.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Proficient in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
5. Good understanding of products/services in relevant business segments.
6. Strong knowledge of business processes.
7. Demonstrates service excellence competencies.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams to provide exceptional customer service.
