Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct market research to find selling opportunities and create robust sales pipelines. 2. Create outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, cold calling, and WhatsApp) to create leads. 3. Set up meetings to learn customer requirements and problems in order to obtain important prospect information. 4. Handle complaints and objections over the phone, and persuade leads to schedule a product demo. 5. Collate client feedback and convey it to the team and management. 6. Manage leads in the CRM system, routinely update their status, and ensure that reports are clean. Skills & Qualifications: 1. Skills and Qualifications Strong communication skills are required because this role will communicate with people at all levels of the organization and from around the world. 2. A basic understanding of B2B sales, prospecting, email campaigns, and cold calling is preferred. 3. Capability to establish/nurture/expand a strong network of people and channels (both internally and externally) for lead creation. 4. A resident personality that can make decisions on their own and does not always need directions. |
