- Monitor network performance and availability through Solarwinds network monitoring tool.
- Identify and escalate network incidents, anomalies, and outages to senior team members for further investigation and resolution.
- Monitoring the NOC dashboard and creating incidents based on alerts and escalating the issue with senior team members and trying to fix it ASAP.
- Maintain accurate records of network incidents, solutions applied, and troubleshooting steps taken.
- Provide initial troubleshooting and diagnostics for network-related problems, including connectivity issues, latency, and performance degradation. (ISP management)
