- Help document project scope and objectives and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Create and publish reports on project budget, resources, and timeline.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of delivery solutions.

- Support operations team on Agile values, practices, and rules by implementing Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Developing Agile initiatives which shall provide exceptional value addition within the stakeholders, such as internal team, potential customers etc.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate various Scrum and/or Kanban activities such as: release planning, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives along with stand-up s, backlog reviews, as well as impromptu meetings as needed.
