  • Customer Support: Provide assistance and solutions to customers’ inquiries, issues, and complaints through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve customer problems, troubleshoot technical issues, and address concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Feedback Handling: Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions, forwarding relevant information to other departments for improvement.

  • Branch Manager (BM):
  • Team Leadership: Leading and managing branch staff, setting performance goals, and ensuring that the team meets targets.
  • Operational Oversight: Overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including financial transactions, customer service, and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • General Manager (GA):
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing the organization’s strategic goals and plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Team Management: Managing and providing leadership to various department heads and their teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Financial Management: Overseeing the financial performance of the organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
  • Customer Care Executive (CCE):
  • Customer Support: Providing responsive and helpful assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Effective communication with customers via various channels, such as phone, email, or chat, to provide information and support.
  • Documentation: Maintaining records of customer interactions and updating customer accounts with relevant information.

  • Gold Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of gold types, including their purity (karat) and origin, as well as an understanding of gold alloys and their compositions.
  • Authentication Skills: The ability to identify genuine gold items and distinguish them from counterfeits or gold-plated items using various testing methods, including acid tests and electronic testers.
  • Purity Assessment: Proficiency in assessing the purity of gold items through hallmark analysis, specific gravity testing, and other methods.
  • Gemstone Identification: If gold items contain gemstones, the skill to identify, grade, and value them accurately.
  • Weighing and Measuring: Accurate measurement and weighing of gold items to determine their actual gold content.
