Walk-in Drive at SMBXL-Telesales Responsibilities
- Product Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of the products or services being sold and being able to communicate their features, advantages, and benefits effectively.
- Building Rapport: Establishing a positive and professional relationship with potential customers to gain their trust and make them more receptive to the sales pitch.
- Sales Pitch: Delivering a compelling and persuasive sales presentation, tailored to the needs and interests of the prospect. Highlighting how the product or service can solve their problems or meet their needs.
- Objection Handling: Addressing objections and concerns that prospects may raise. Telesales professionals should be skilled at overcoming objections and providing solutions or reassurances.
- Closing Sales: Asking for the sale and guiding the prospect through the purchasing process, which may involve taking orders, scheduling appointments, or securing commitments.
