SoftwareOne off Campus Recruitment 2023 – Wintel Engineer Responsibilities
- As part of the Global Delivery Team, you will be responsible to ensuring that incidents and service requests are fulfilled against relevant service level agreements and importantly customer expectations.
- You will need to work with the customer representative to ensure you have all the relevant information available to resolve the incident or fulfil the service request.
- You will be an experienced and motivated Multi-Vendor Premier Support Associate, ideally with 6 months to 1 years of relevant experience in a customer facing support function who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills.
- Working as part of an integrated team as an Associate you will be given the tickets based on your experience level.
- Should issues arise in a ticket and you need assistance you can request that from a more experience consultant and they will assist you. You may also be required to raise an incident ticket with Microsoft under our Premier Support arrangement with the approval of the Incident Manager / Lead Support Engineer.
- You will be expected to widen and deepen your areas of expertise across all the Microsoft’s market adopted technologies (On-premises and Cloud) ecosystem working through your agreed personal development plan in conjunction with line management and functional leadership.
