- Senior AR Callers are responsible for overseeing and managing the entire Accounts Receivable process. This includes generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding receivables. They ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with relevant policies and regulations.
- Conducting regular follow-up calls with clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices is a core responsibility.
