Job Responsibility For Engineer- Hardware Support Role
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: As an Engineer – Hardware Support, your primary responsibility is to diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues. This involves troubleshooting problems reported by customers or internal teams, analyzing root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.
- Technical Support: Providing technical assistance and guidance to customers, colleagues, or stakeholders regarding hardware-related queries, concerns, or problems. This may involve offering remote support, conducting on-site visits, or communicating through various channels such as phone, email, or chat.
