Roles & Responsibilities For Apprentice Trainee – Finance
- Help in the daily recording and transactions
- Fewer transitions and handoffs in the processes Help support accounts payable/AR processes
- Assistance in verification of invoices, tracking of payment and billing
- Handle and regularly update financial reports, spreadsheets and MIS data
- Train in bank reconciliation and expense monitoring
- Organize vouchers, invoices, and financial files
- Assist with the monthly and annual accounting activities
- Preparation of documents related to the taxation including GST, TDS etc as and when required
- Acquire finance-related information from internal departments
- Participate in audit and compliance activities
- Merge and update Financial Data and ERP/accounting software
