Essential Responsibilities For Finance Business Support Analyst
- Ensure timely and appropriate reconciliation of all General Ledger accounts assigned.
- Make sure that reconciling items are cleared in accordance with Company Policy
- Assisting with investigating, following up on and promptly resolving open reconciling items and related issues
- Post General Ledger Entries in SAP and on customer accounts accurately
- How to use advanced research techniques for accurately identifying the source of reconciling items.
- Participate in month-end close activities
- Engage in touch with internal assets and/or processors to help get the difference resolved
- Spot and suggest process enhancement opportunities in reporting, reconciliation and analysis
- Appendix A Push for driving technology and changes
Eligibility Criteria For Finance Business Support Analyst
- BA/BS degree, MBA preferred,
- Experience with policy or contract review,
- Experience with inbox and ticketing management support (Salesforce or JIRA),
- Experience around process improvement with example of cost savings projects
