What You Will Be Doing As R2R Senior Process Associate
- Proactively track Rebates related issues, and coordinate with requests received from the rebates team to ensure timely and accurate postings of accruals/reversals.
- Processing accruals to appropriate customers raising discrepancies to the Rebates team as required.
- Processing rebate transactions for posting accruals timely and accurately.
- Partnering with Rebates team, Accounts Payable Analysts, Pricing Team, and Financial Reporting to resolve issues.
- On a recurring basis reporting out exceptions / non-compliance and drive compliance by working with Rebates team.
- Handling back log deduction process.
- Reconciling GL to rebate tracking spreadsheet.
- Seeking ways to re-engineer Rebate process to outstanding practices. Performs reconciliation of Accounts Receivable items in conjunction with A/R personnel.
- Contributing to team and departmental success by performing requested tasks as needed.
