Roles and Responsibilities For Pharmacist
- Conduct registration, make appointments, and perform follow-up activities.
- Complete front desk responsibilities which includes responding to calls and emails.
- Enter and update patient records into the hospital’s database.
- Work with other doctors, nurses and other hospital staff members to ensure a smooth flow of work.
- Resolve or escalate problems, answer questions, and provide appropriate solutions to complaints.
- Keep the reception area neat and orderly.
- Ensure payments and billing are done promptly.
Roles and Responsibilities For Lab technician
- Receive, label and analyze samples (blood, toxic, tissue etc.)
- Design and execute laboratory testing according standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings
- Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods
- Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions
