Roles & Responsibilities For Branch Collections Incharge

  • Manage and oversee the collections team at the branch.
  • Monitor and reached the daily collection target and collect arrears in time.
  • Contact clients for overdue payments by phone, email or visits.
  • Keep accurate customer documents or notes about best collection point and time.
  • Examine past due accounts and report to management.
  • When necessary, address any customers queries or disputes relating to payment.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, for smooth operations.
  • Just training the staff to collect more efficiently.
  • Keep procedures and policies up to date with the law.
  • Provide suggestions for collection methods to minimize delays.

Roles & Responsibilities For Territory Manager

  • Sales Quotas: Achieves and exceeds assigned sales quota in their territory.
  • CRM: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects in the territory.
  • Market Research: Do the market research and understand what is customers’ demands, market trend and competitors in local or your targetted area.
  • Develop sales strategy: Create and implement strategies to sell, increase relevance and develop market share for the assigned territory.
  • Promotion of products: Promote and ensure the successful sale of the company’s product, service or inventory.
  • Team Work: Supervise and drive any sale team or sales representatives works in the assigned territory.
