- Performing Logical access management tasks (Creation and deactivation of users rights)
- Ensure all requests have proper approvals before addressing them.
- Communicate feedback to users in case there is any delay in addressing their requests.
- Ensure that password and any other sensitive information related to user login credentials is communicated to the right people.
- Disable user ID’s of interdicted members of staff immediately upon receiving interdiction notice from HR or any other reliable sources.
- Ensure the right set of access is provided to the requester.
- Track the status of any request initiated by the users in the IT ticketing tool.
- Work on reports to share with the internal team for joiners/leavers.
- Ensure maker & checker process to avoid any misses and 100 % access revocation on time.
- Basic knowledge of IAM, SSO ( One identity, Onelogin, Octa, Azure)
- Should be good in MS excel and relevant tools to do the lookup etc. for reconciliation.
- Ensuring dedicated focus for the new joiner, transfer and leaver processes
- Good knowledge of Gsuite, MS O365 email systems.
