Walk-in Drive at Piaggio- Maintenance Engineer/AM/DM Responsibilities
- Maintaining target of equipment availability MTTR, MTBF
- Monitoring, analyzing and implementing actions and sustenance plan for equipment failure.
- Hands on experience of FANUC/ABB/YASKAWA Robot programming, Welding MIG & Spot robotics
- Exposure of PLC ,Electronics , Robotics, Plant Machinery maintenance as well as Utility.
- TPM, 5S, ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, SAP, ERP, SCADA & knowledge of Safety systems.
- Adhering to PM / CBM / TBM schedule as per PM calendar and achieve equipment condition and availability.
- Daily monitoring and checking of equipment conditions (JH sheet, Pokayoke, etc.).

- Technical Expertise: Possessing in-depth knowledge of the equipment, machinery, and systems relevant to the organization’s operations, and being able to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
- Problem-Solving: Analyzing and identifying the root causes of equipment failures or malfunctions and devising effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the smooth functioning of equipment and prevent breakdowns.
- Technical Documentation: Creating and maintaining accurate records, maintenance logs, and technical documentation for all equipment and maintenance activities.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring that maintenance procedures are carried out in a safe and compliant manner.
