Responsibilities for Application Support Engineer
- AI/GenAI Development
- Design and create Generative AI applications with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
- Construct RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) knowledge system pipes.
- Create agentic AI workflows and orchestration pipelines with LangGraph.
- Deploy the pipelines of LLM inferencing with open-source or enterprise models.
- Create AI pipelines to ingest, embed, search vectors and generate responses in documents.
- Test new AI standards and protocols including MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Backend & Microservices Development
- Create microservices in NestJS and Python that are scalable.
- Design and build REST APIs with secure programming practices.
- Apply webhooks and asynchronous message patterns to implement event-driven integrations.
- Create data pipelines and DAGs.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with the methods of LLM evaluation.
- Embedding model and semantic search experience.
- LLM observability and prompt engineering experience.
- Knowledge of patterns of agent orchestration and multi-agent systems.
- Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps practices
- Theoretical (Nice to have working) knowledge of DevOps.
