Roles & Responsibilities for Customer Support
- Reply to customers accurately and in a timely manner through several means of communication.
- Offer solutions to issues that are unrelated to the problem.
- Develop and sustain positive customer relationships through prompt resolution of problems, responsive communication, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Respond expertly and empathetically to enquiries, complains and feedback.
- Work with cross-functional internal teams to address more complex customer issues.
- Record and notate customer engagements as well as escalate open questions.
- Monitor timely response to all customer queries as per defined SLA.
- Stay current with new products, services and policies that may affect the customer in their everyday business.
- Analyze for areas of process enhancement and recommend improvements to better customer experience.
