Roles & Responsibilities For System Admin Grad
- Monitor and manage the performance of computer systems, servers, and networks
- Provide basic technical support for issues related to hardware, software, and networks
- Install, set up, and add updates to operating systems and applications
- Help with user account management by creating accounts, controlling access, and resetting passwords
- Maintain system security by applying IT policies and procedures
- Resolve system related incidents and outages by troubleshooting and applying solutions
- Perform system backups on a scheduled basis and support data recovery
- Record and document IT issues and the solutions for lessons learned and reference
- Partner with other IT staff to resolve major IT issues and support almost all needs
- Watch system logs and brief if anything looks suspicious
- Help users who are working away from the office and support the IT functions they need

Eligibility Criteria
- A degree in any field (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, or any equivalent) is a must
- Only candidates with 0-1 year of work experience are eligible
- Knowledge of computers, IT support and network is a plus
- Having a good understanding of Windows or Linux is an advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Should be ready to work in a remote environment
- Should be comfortable working in night and flexible shifts
