What you will do
- The code assistants and AI agents can be used to build UI elements, REST APIs, and end-to-end workflows using LLMs.
- Write design templates, structured output, and tool-calling patterns to use in production.
- Design AI-first processes: RAG processes, agentic systems, and tool coordination.
- Embark on fine-tuned or hosted AI models into enterprise application stacks.
- Quickly learn new client codebases, group situations, and problem domains – in a few days.
- Turn business requirements into AI-native solution designs including API and data-flow definition.
- Make sound choices regarding the choice of model, RAG vs agentic methods, and cost versus accuracy trade-offs.
- Participate in architectural debates; record technical trades and assumptions.
- Check AI outputs and ensure they are correct, safe and relevant, early warning of hallucinations and bias.
Additional skills
- Graduates 2026 with B.E/B. Tech/M.E/M. Tech degrees. Last but not least, experience in AI-enabled full stack development will be desired.
- Excellence in foundations of CS and AI/ML projects – academic work, open-source projects, hackathons, or personal builds.
