Roles and Responsibilities for Operations Executive
- Manage day to day operations of the hospital including OPD, IPD along with diagnostics and support services
- Collaborate with medical, nursing and administrative staff for work flow
- Compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards & mandated regulatory affairs
- Keep an eye on patient flow, admissions and discharges
- Prioritize Patient queries, escalations and ensure High patient satisfaction
- Gathers and maintains operational reports, MIS, or KPIs.
- Help schedule employees and distribute resources
