Key Responsibilities for Intern Role
- Assist with daily facilities management tasks in buildings/office sites assigned.
- Regular inspection of meeting rooms, pantries, common areas, washrooms and other workplace amenities.
- Assist in making offices clean, safe, presentable and prepared for use.
- Ensure soft services like Housekeeping, Pantry Services, Pest Control and Waste Management and other workplace assistance/supported services.
- Support workplace safety, maintain compliance and site readiness activities.
- Treat the requests of employees or clients in a professional, service-oriented manner.
- Coordination with facilities team of all locations (Chennai).
- Perform corresponding facilities and workplace administration roles as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria
- Focus on facilities management, hospitality operations, workplace services or corporate administration.
- Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management in Progress or Completed Recently
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Very Comfortable in Microsoft office 365 particularly excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Proactive, organised and detail-oriented.
- Discerning issues and follow-through actions
- Capable of functioning in a fast-paced & customer-service-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently while engaging with site team, vendors and other stakeholders as needed.
- In particular you will need to be; Willing and available to travel between sites assigned in the Chennai area as per hiring.
- Can secure a full-time internship for at least 12 months.
