Responsibilities For CRM Intern
- Help Relationship Managers maintain and build relationships with clients.
- Help explain the requirements of a client’s business, objectives and banking requirements.
- Create client presentations, reports, proposals and business reviews.
- Administer and update customer information, accounts and CRM databases.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to provide clients with the right banking and financial products and services.
- Support to perform market research, competitor analysis and client portfolio reviews.
- Support financial analysis, documentation and preparation of credit related reports.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth servicing of the client.
- Track customer questions and assist and resolve customer problems promptly and professionally.
