Roles & Responsibilities For Department Manager
- Opens and closes store in rotation. Hold an everyday briefing, weekly meeting and a briefing of the weeks affairs for them. Formulate implementation plan for the man-power plan. Looking for Sales Associates, packer, cashiers, housekeep & security staff.
- Induction of new joiness(On the Job Training.) Coach & guide team members. Monthly checks, give Feedback, generate development action plan. Maintain standards of performance as well as discipline & grooming.
- Analyzing and studying different report,do floor walk. Ensure Timely vendor payment. Ensure preventive maintenance. Perform Dry Run (for important equipment). Lead the Emergency Response Team, coordinate Fire Mock Drill on monthly basis & training for fire safety. Design strategy for Pilferage Control. Comply with opening and closing strong room process.
- Make sure that Customer Service (SRT) is working. Ensure availability of Trolleys, Baskets & bags. Review audit report and create & design action plan. Prepare overall plan from end to end with time lines for stock taking. Conduct property walk.
