Roles & Responsibilities For Purchase Officer
- Procurement Management -Buy raw materials, goods, or services required by the company.
- Vendor Selection- Select, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal price and quality.
- Purchase Orders – Prepare, prepare and issue purchase orders correctly, in time.
- Inventory Coordination- Collaborate with inventory/warehouse teams to have optimal inventory levels.
- Cost Control- Track costs and make sure the purchases are made within budget.
