Roles & Responsibility for Analyst – General Ledger
- Prepare journal transactions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Making rectification entries for the errors pointed out by the supervisor
- Follow the prescribed SOP to extract the report in ERP system.
- Reporting : Create & uprade Trial Balance, PnL and Balance Sheet reports..
- Reconcile Sub-module with Trial balance
- Assist Fin functional teams on some basic macros.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines on projects
- Mining the data and get some insights on automation potential.
- Receive, analyse, handle and document Cash & Non-Cash based entries processes as per the SOP (standard operation protocol).
Skills Required for Analyst – General Ledger
- 0-2 yrs exp – Bcom / BBA(Finance) / MCom / MBA (Finance).
- Basic level-good comfort in MS applications. ‘
- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Should have good written/oral communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of ERP Systems and Ms Excel system.
- Team player and with fairly good analytical skills.
- Readiness to work in a challenging and time-consuming environment.
