Responsibilities For Finance Associate Role
- Make and send bills to customers on schedule, and keep an eye on their accounts to make sure they pay on time and in full.
- Inputting and processing accounts Bills and vendors that need to be paid
- Get money by checking transaction details, calculating fees and refunds
- Record and process payments that come in (checks, electronic transfers, etc.) into SAP BYD, apply them to the right invoices, and make sure that the accounts are balanced.
- Work closely with customers to fix billing problems and make sure everything is correct.
- Keep an eye on and balance accounts receivable ledger to make sure that all payments are recorded and posted correctly
- Call, email, and write letters to those who owe you money and work out payment plans with them to settle their financial problems.
