Responsibility for Junior Officer ,Officer API Production
- Operate equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, and mills safely and efficiently.
- Carry out day-to-day API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) manufacturing activities as per approved batch production records (BPR) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, pH, etc.) during reactions and report deviations immediately.
- Ensure all activities comply with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in logbooks, batch manufacturing records, and shift reports.
- Assist in preparation and review of production-related documents like SOPs, change controls, and deviation reports.
