Responsibilities for Digital Sales Specialist – Intern

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Discovering prospects for your business via the digital means like social media outreach, email campaigns, online advertising and SEO. Leverage data-driven insights to prioritise and qualify leads.
  • Digital Sales Vision & Strategy: Articulate digital vision, enhance existing capabilities and execute strategies which serve business needs. Keep up to date with industry trends, new tech and digital marketing strategies that keep us ahead.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep a healthy sales pipeline by reviewing leads, opportunities and conversions in CRM applications. Frequently update and review sales activities and progress to targets.
  • Consultative Selling -Develop prospects into Contact Center prospects to be nurtured by calling on them with other employees and partners. Customize solutions to meet your customers’ needs and demonstrate the value of our digital products and services.
  • Digital Product Familiarization: Gain an understanding of the organisation’s digital products (hardware, software and services). Explain to the client, why the digital product will work for them.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain good relationship with existing digital clients through meeting to follow up the on-board process, ensuring client satisfaction to Identify opportunities for upsell or cross sell.

Responsibilities for Account Technical Leader

  • Demonstrates how IBM Technology addresses Client, Market, and Industry trends and challenges.
  • Is a recognized advocate for leading edge technologies and digital transformation, with a special emphasis on select technologies.
  • Drives the adoption of innovative strategies with IBM Technology through the use of Technology Decision Points (TDPs) and IBM Sales Plays (ISPs) and knowledge of clients’ industry and business environment.
  • Leads the technical team through the end-to-end sales process to progress and close opportunities, with effective competitive positioning and experiential engagement of the client.
  • Identifies, assesses, and closes new business opportunities across portfolio for assigned accounts.
  • Partners with IBM sales and Partner Ecosystem colleagues as needed.
  • Uses appropriate architectural methods, thinking, processes, models and assets to guide solution design decisions
