Key Responsibilities For Analyst, Payroll Accounting
- Make Excel/Pivot charts for day to day activities.
- Process company’s payroll in People Soft every pay period.
- Complies with payroll policies and procedures and government regulations.
- Model & upto date all associated documentation, which is the Global Data Dictionary.
- Maintain necessary process and systems controls to ensure integrity of master data (i.e. perform & report periodic audits).
- Creating ledger entries with earnings and deductions.
- Providing an option to generate payroll reports, for Managers to check.
- Responding for payroll issues of employees.
- Generating reports and sending to Stakeholders as part of their lookout processes on a monthly basis.
- Supporting business initiatives/ support changes.
- Assist in the data extraction, data conversion, data clean up and the system configuration.
Eligibility For Analyst, Payroll Accounting
- Operational level experience in handling payroll processes in PeopleSoft. Ideally with experience in three or more of the following finance modules for PeopleSoft: Projects, Labor\Resource allocation, Payroll accounting, and billing.
- Strong Communication and Analytical Skills.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and to priorities work.
- Strong Accounting Knowledge.
- Preferably, more than 1 years of working experience in Payroll Accounting & Analytical profile in MNC.
