Roles & Responsibilities For Apprentice
- Stock receiving, inspection and storage in accordance with Hotel standards
- Stock level management — To maintain the accurate levels in stocks to prevent out of stock merge as excess inventory,
- Implement FIFO and Improved inventory methods
- Assisting in conducting regular stock taking and stock audits
- Keep a neat and clean area of the storeroom.
- Compare Quantity & Quality of items received with PO.
- Inspect for blemish and check if it satisfies the specifications.
- Coordinate with departments for on time delivery of materials
