Key Responsibilities for Electrical & Documentation Engineering Dept
- Responsible for all Engineering Services Department cGMP Documents preparation.
- Responsible for Equipment Qualifications, Temperature mappings and AHU periodic validations.
- Responsible for preparation and review of annual schedules and equipment lists.
- Responsible for all DQA related activities like Change controls, Deviations, Incidents.
- Regular follow up of AMCs as per schedule and to minimize the breakdown downtime.
- To follow Quality Management system in Engineering Services Department.
- Maintain log books and cGMP documentation related engineering services department.
- Responsible for Instrument calibration activities.
- Following the safety and environmental rules in the plant.
- Responsible for any other works assigned by the HOD.
Eligibility Criteria
- Handling of Utilities like Air compressor, N2 plant, Boiler, SKHS and Chilling plants
- Responsible for handling of 2500 KVA Transformer
- Handling of DG sets, UPS and electrical panels
- Preventive & Troubleshooting of all electrical LT & HT panels.
- Handling of shift electricians and shift activities.
- Maintain log books and cGMP documentation related engineering services department.
