Responsibilities of an Intern Analyst – Operations:
- Providing a decision by analyzing the data
- Handling data analysis includes but is not limited to work distribution, reporting.
- Collect, organize and display data in a spread sheet
- Digest local and global system data pertaining to territory and other customer related information.
- The ability to actually obtain details from your inner resources in order for data problems/deficiencies to be improved.
- Enhance the processes in order to ensure accuracy of data and efficiency of the team
- A little knowledge around sales and commission payout. Collaborate with Sales operations team to support data preparation
Skill of an Business Analyst – Operations:
- Excellent English language skills both written and spoken
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment essential
- Focused, self-motivated and results oriented, able to work without constant supervision
- Experience in Operations, ideally in a sales environment/Finance based org is an added advantage
