PM Internship Scheme : Educational & Age Limit
Educational Qualifications for ITI, Diploma, and Degree Candidates:
ITI (Industrial Training Institute):
Matriculation: The candidate must have passed the Matriculation (10th grade) examination.
ITI Certification: Additionally, the candidate must have completed ITI training in the respective trade from an institution recognized by the NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training) or SCVT (State Council for Vocational Training).
Diploma:
Intermediate Exam: The individual must have passed the Intermediate (12th grade) examination.
Diploma Certification: The candidate should also have completed a Diploma in the respective discipline from an institution recognized by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education).
Degree:
Bachelor’s Degree: The candidate must have pursued a Bachelor’s degree from a university or institution recognized by either the UGC (University Grants Commission) or the AICTE.
Age Limit for PM Internship Scheme 2025
General Age Limit:
For ITI, Diploma, and Degree holders, the age limit is set between 18 to 24 years.
Age Relaxation:
OBC (NCL) Candidates: Eligible for 3 years of upper age relaxation.
SC/ST Candidates: Eligible for 5 years of upper age relaxation
