- Centralize all project costs data like travel, third party, resourcing etc in the form of central review and maintenance excel sheets
- Periodic reporting on above metrics and insights to other teams and CFO.
- Establish, review and maintain the overall status of all projects across high-level criteria established by the organisation.
- If you have administered profit and loss budgeting for managed teams, then help to coordinate with the teams.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve project pricing completion, service level agreement and onboard projects in the system.
- Taking minutes of meetings, gathering feedback, and results
