Essential Duties (Primary Responsibilities) include the following:
- Perform data research of companies in the commercial real estate space
- Manual or via interface type information created and edited in the data management platform using findings from research
- Data Quality Improvements through Review DatasetsUse to do research and manual work (fuzzy review, linking, mapping, cleansing & standardization etc.)
- Collaborate closely with the team leader to ensure in-time and accurate data research
- Increase quality and integrity of data by recognizing patterns and trends
- Make Reports/Datasets for managing and communicating with the stakeholders of research findings
- Interact directly with a closely-knit group within an environment that has an excellence-oriented set of data quality principles
- Be able to show self-improvement and keep up with the technology of choice
- Ability to act in a confidential manner and follow organization policies and procedures
- High attention to detail and accuracy and consistency;
Your Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Should possess 0–3 years of experience in Data Collection, Data Research, Data Analysis and Data Entry [ Associate ]
- Strong interest in Data Analysis and Reporting
- Highly skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc).
- Nervus inside datatuins, detail attention
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Possess good communication skills and customer service expertise
- Collaborative nature — we are not isolated working in a vacuum nor can our work be done in a vacuum; it should serve the wider organization
- Power BI, SQL Advanced Excel Knowledge
- You have research experience using real estate databases like LoopNet, LexisNexis, Yardi, Axio CoStar
