• Acquiring and retaining new clients and HNIs.
• Cross sell other products as directed time to time.
• Providing clients with Demo &handhold to initiate trading activities after account opening.

Sbicap Securities Off Campus Drive – Roles & Responsibilities For Relationship manager

• Selected candidates need to source Accounts sitting at SBI Branch to source the business via allotted bank branches. Acquiring Demat and Trading accounts.
• Promote Demat and Trading account on digital platforms and hand hold the customers share information on new products available on Digital Channels with customers.
• Greet and redirect customers to the appropriate counters based on their service needs.
• Build an understanding of the available product and services to answer general customer quires and share the products brochures forms with the customers.
• Providing clients with demo and hand hold to initiate trading activities after account opening.
• Maintain a list of FAQ’s by customer and proactively seek clarification.
